Open Collective Design is a collective of its own that aims for the decentralization of the design solutions and its production process, inside Open Collective platform and in the real world. The Collective needs, first and foremost, to deliver the design solutions that the company and any of its other initiatives require in a fast-paced, iterative way. Second, this process will open gradually, following a strategy that fosters the integration of people in the community and the interaction between them and the platform. We believe that good ideas are, especially inside the design realm, the result of a series of interactions between other ideas.
