What is OC Europe?

OC Europe is an umbrella organization dedicated to providing a simple, open, lightweight path for charitable initiatives and open source communities to operate through a Belgian Non-Profit Organisation.

Hosted initiatives which align with our impact areas have access to the unique Open Collective online platform for managing their funds. Our hosted initiatives can use OC Europe’s legal status to apply for special funding from foundations and funding from Public Authorities.

When eligible, they can also receive tax-deductible donations through our Fund hosted at King Baudouin Foundation.

What is Open Collective? It's is an open-source, online fundraising platform for open and transparent communities. We provide the tools you need to raise and share your finances in full transparency. 'Open Collective Europe' uses the software 'Open Collective' to offer this tool in Europe.
