Job Description: Project and Operations Support Assistant

We are seeking a rigorous and motivated collaborator to join our team as a Project Support Assistant.

Under the supervision of the operations team, the successful candidate will support the daily activities of the foundation, including:

  • Monitoring and managing support requests (tickets).

  • Verifying and processing expense documents submitted by the projects we host (collectives).

  • Preparing and assisting new Collectives during their onboarding process.

  • Updating and organizing documentation, both internal and external.

This position offers concrete experience within an international organization, committed to supporting citizen and humanitarian initiatives in numerous countries.

Profile

You are the ideal candidate if you meet the following conditions:

  • Relevant education or professional experience in management, administration, communication, social economics, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, support platforms, etc.).

  • Proficiency in French and English – essential.

  • Strong interest in social and humanitarian initiatives and financial transparency.

Employment Conditions

  • Fixed-Term Contract of 3 months (CDD) with possibility to extend into a CDI after the 3 months

  • Two full days per week (Tuesday and Thursday) (Part-time, approx. 16h/week)

  • Based in Brussels with unlimited remote work possibility

  • Flexible working hours (within the fixed working days)

  • Statutory annual leave days + One extra day off for your birthday

  • Very good salary level based on experience and the organization's salary scale.
